Skate Kitchen, a coming of age film about a group of female skateboarders taking place in New York City needed of a title treatment. I was asked by director Crystal Mosele to come up with a solution that fit the films gritty texture and youthful essence. Custom handwritten type with a pop of color gives the film a fresh design that goes across the film’s poster, credits and social.
